marlin60 vs. my ruger 10/22

By joedaddy On 07/08/2009  i had a marlin 60 when i was a teen. it cost $99 about 10 years ago. i sold it and bought a ruger 10/22 which i like there are so many after market parts for it i put a new stock and bull barrel on it and have about $600 tied up in it. its great BUT! my ole marlin 60 with its microgroove riffling would out shoot it anyday. i will be gettin a new 1 to keep in the gun safe next to the ruger ASAP!
