Saiga .223. The sporter with the heart of the A.K.

By Hywings On 11/15/2009  I find the Saiga .223 to be a very solid gun for the money. It seems very reliable, and takes any sort of ammo i can feed it. Its not a tack driver, but will shoot close enough to the bullseye to keep one from useing bad words. All and all, it aint sexy, but a great gun to hunt or protect the homebase for those of us on a budget. Saiga is to guns what timex is to watches....they work very well at little cost.

By Cowboy On 08/18/2009 I''m very tough on my weapons, the slightest misfire causes me to throw it in the safe and move on to another weapon. This rifle is flawless. I shot 300+ rounds of the cheapest and dirtiest rounds in it without a hitch. Highly recommended. It now sleeps under my bed.
